In the early 90's Russell Recording was a partner with Winsonic
inc. which provided various consulting, producing,
programming, audio consulting, state-of-the-art engineering,
and digital services, for film, television and recording clients such
as:
Capitol Records, SBK, Motown Records, Sony, MCA Records,
PolyGram, Warner Bros., EMI, Arista, A&M Records, Disney, FOX,
Qwest Records, Columbia Records, Stevie Wonder , Quincy
Jones, James Ingram, Maurice Starr Boston International,,
Marlon Jackson , Lionel Richie, Janet Jackson, Tina Turner,
Michael Jackson, Norman Connors, Pink Floyd, Gerald Levert,
Brenda Russell, Bell Biv DeVoe, Vanessa Williams, Barbara
Streisand, New Kids on the Block, Jack Haley Jr., The Grammy
Awards Show, The Stellar Awards Show, The MTV Awards Show,
“Dionne and Friends” (TV show), “Karate Kid III” (feature film),
“00-SOUL” (feature film”), “The Five Heartbeats” (feature film),
Harlem Boys Choir (Mohammed Ali Special), The Jackson’s Story
(TV show), and Janet Jackson’s Escapade World Tour.
Today, Russell Recording has taken that experience and re-
established it's effort in part to serving the Body of Christ
through musical recording, composition and production.
While part of our focus will always be on Christian music, our
alternate goal is the writing, composing and publication of
secular music in the area of music library, sync to broadcast TV,
film, cable and Internet mediums.
Since our re-establishment a year ago, our compositions and co
publishing has now been placed in 5 different libraries and our
compositions are being purchased and used around the world.
God willing, we expect continued growth.
